What is the ordering process?╰ ✩ Place an Order. Visit my online shop and place an order. Make sure to double-check the details put on the checkout form. The checkout form will request your number, address, and social media so I can easily contact you during the shipping process.╰ ✩ Payments. Make sure to pay your dues ONE (1) day after placing your order. No payment = Cancelled Order╰ ✩ Shipping. I am based in Davao City, Philippines. It will take 2-5 business days for me to ship out your order. In the checkout form, make sure you select the delivery option method that is applicable to you (if you're from Luzon-Visayas or from Mindanao). If there are any unforeseen circumstances in terms of shipping, I will inform you on twitter.╰ ✩ Order Updates. Check your emails regularly. My shop will regularly update the progress of your order through email.╰ ✩ If you have any questions and you need some assistance, you can DM me.

What are your modes of payment?
╰ ✩ I accept payment through GCash and PayMaya only.--
How will you ship your products?
╰ ✩ Shipping will be through J&T only. Shipping rates are fixed but there might be additional cost for the insurance fee. I will contact you if there are any insurance fees.--
Do you accept COD?
╰ ✩ No. I do not accept COD. Sorry.--
What happened to your sh0/pee?
╰ ✩ With the new terms and conditions and requirements for sh0/pee, I have decided to close it. I understand that using my own site might be inconvenient, but your support really means a lot to me. I hope you can still support me and my art.

This section discusses the FAQs about the shop's TOC. A more detailed TOC for the shop is located at the end of this carrd. Please read it.--
Can I cancel my order?
╰ ✩ Orders are automatically cancelled if there is no payment one (1) day after placing your order. Unpaid items after the set time will automatically be cancelled and stocks will be available again on the site.
╰ ✩ However, if you would like to cancel your paid order, you will get a 50% refund.--
Can I return my order?
╰ ✩ Only damaged/defective items in its original, undamaged packaging, and wrong items sent can be returned. Unboxing video as proof should be provided for a valid return claim.
╰ ✩ Change of mind returns are NOT ALLOWED
╰ ✩You will either get a refund of your payment or a replacement of product, depending on the availability of stocks.

Will you directly ship to other countries?
╰ ✩ I do not think I can directly ship to other countries for now.--
I'm not from the Philippines but I want to buy your merch :'(
╰ ✩ It's okay! This might help:╰ ✩ You can look for proxy buyers who can ship worldwide.
They are available on twitter, just look up keywords: PH Proxy WW shipping (your country). Then look for accounts that offer your preferred mode of payment/delivery. Ask these accounts if they can accommodate buying from my shop. Make sure that these proxy buyer accounts are trustworthy and legit! Some proxy buying accounts have their terms and conditions, please read through them.--
I'm not from the Philippines and I HAVE a PH Address. What do I do?
╰ ✩ If that is the case, you can order from my shop! Indicate the details of your PH Address so I can deliver the goods there. Please indicate on the form that you are using a PH address.

Will you add more characters?
╰ ✩ Yes! I will add more characters in my shop. I recently added TOP6 Characters, Hiori, Ness, and Kaiser! I am planning to add more photocards and stickers so stay tuned!-
Will you add more products?
╰ ✩ For now, I will do photocards and stickers. I added limited stocks for button pins, but I don't think I will continue making button pins. But if people are still interested in buying my merch, I will add more designs and merch types!

Other Notes

╰ ✩ IMPORTANT!! Product colors might vary due to different screen resolutions, camera lighting of the actual product, and printing. Do not proceed if you are a sensitive buyer.--
╰ ✩ No RUDE and IMPATIENT buyers please! Please expect delays in my responses in my DMs/emails since I am busy with work. Also, I have the right to refuse/cancel orders if you are being mean. I am still fairly new with selling my art online so your patience is highly appreciated. ^^--
